EasyClean Almeria cleaning and property maintenance

Our cleaning prices include all rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and bed linen including two towels per guest.

These prices are based on a full clean and one set of bed linen per person, plus one large and one small towel per person and two tea towels per let. Beach towels if supplied extra will be charged at 4€ each.

Key holding; We do charge a Keyholding fee, 120€ per annum, which entitles you or any guests to call upon us to try to solve problems, whether locked out or there is a leak etc. (Other charges may be incurred). Included in this charge we also check your property on a regular basis when not occupied. Alternatively there is a minimum 15€ callout fee for first hour or part of.

If we have the contract for your cleaning and keyholding we offer a meet and greet service for 15€ and a checkout for 5€.

Welcome packs for guests are 18-20€ with around 13-15€ spent on groceries, including water, coffee or tea, bread, flora, cheese, cooked meats, orange juice, pop. It can be tailored to your requirements. This can be paid locally by your guests if necessary

Airport collection (when available), Almeria 65€ each way, Murcia 110€ e/w (inc toll charges), Alicante 120€ e/w. Advanced booking is required to ensure availability.
