Electrical/Air Con/Plumbing

Any major work which is needed to be done will be carried out by qualified local tradesmen. We will arrange at least 2 quotes and speak to you prior to the commencement of any work. If emergency work is required we will contact you for authorisation to carry out the work, but may not be able to provide 2 quotes due to the urgent nature of the problem.
