We are a family business formerly living in the UK, but spent many years visiting Almeria Province before buying a holiday home in Vera Playa, but now based in the Spanish village of El Palaces near Zurgena. We are both Spanish speakers. My wife and I were both formerly professional people.

We have owned rental property in the past and have employed people to look after the cleaning and general maintenance who have let us down badly, both in quality of work and trust.  We also heard of other horror stories far worse than our experiences so we decided that we would start and run a Cleaning and Property services company that was affordable and that we would be happy to use.
