We are a Husband and Wife team (Jane & Dean Swann) employing local staff at peak times, formerly living in the UK, but having spent many years visiting Almeria Province before buying a holiday home in Vera Playa. We are now based in the small Spanish village of El Palaces.

My wife and I were both formerly professional people.

We have owned rental property in the past and know what it is like to employ people to look after the cleaning and general maintenance. In the past we have been badly let down, both in quality of work and trust. We also heard of other horror stories far worse than our experiences so we decided that we would start and run a Cleaning and Property services company that was affordable and that we would be happy to use.

We now have many satisfied customers who use and rent out their holiday homes in the Mojacar and Vera Playa area. We remain a small friendly company which enables us to give those extra personal touches but still at an affordable price.
